HRIS Selection Consultant
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Selection Consultant to lead a high-impact system evaluation and selection project for a growing construction services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HRIS Selection Process: Drive the full lifecycle of HRIS selection—from gathering business and technical requirements to vendor evaluation, RFP development, and decision support—ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to assess current state systems, define future-state requirements, and establish selection criteria aligned with integration and security standards.
Advisory Expertise: Provide best-practice guidance on implementation strategy, including data migration, risk assessment, and change management to support seamless adoption and long-term ROI.
Current Systems:
ADP Workforce Now (Payroll Module): Implemented in March.
BambooHR: Currently serving as the core HCM platform but will need to be replaced as soon as possible.
WhenIWork: Used for time and attendance but no longer meets organizational needs. Planning to implement ADP’s Time & Attendance module as a short-term solution, but open to evaluating broader HRIS options.
Project Scope:
This role will support HRIS system assessment and selection, including RFP development and vendor comparison, to identify a scalable, integrated solution for long-term organizational growth.
