Baker Distributing, a subsidiary of Watsco Inc., engaged ROCKCREST to optimize their use of ADP Recruiting Manager (RM). With 130+ open job requisitions and inefficient workflows developed outside the system, our consultant conducted a comprehensive review of the RM setup.
