Signant Health, a rapidly expanding healthcare organization with 800 employees and 550+ open positions, partnered with ROCKCREST to enhance their iCIMS recruitment analytics and reporting capabilities. iCIMS Post Go-Live Optimization

The Judge Group, a nationwide recruitment, staffing, and consulting firm with 30 offices, recently went live with iCIMS and urgently required an experienced iCIMS consultant for comprehensive support. ROCKCREST placed a consultant to address critical needs, including enhancing dashboard functionality for tracking recruiter productivity and organizational metrics, providing in-depth recruiter training beyond the initial one-day session, and refining workflows.
