At ROCKCREST, we believe that all individuals are entitled to basic human rights, freedoms and standards of treatment. Our Human Rights Policies address our responsibilities towards discrimination and sexual harassment, freedom of association and collective bargaining, workplace health & safety, diversity & inclusion and retaliation, while our Modern Slavery Policy formalizes our stance against any form of human trafficking, slavery, child labor, harassment or discrimination.
REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We conduct business in a way that minimizes environmental impact, follows green standards and promotes ecological awareness.
All employees of ROCKCREST are required to comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and to conduct business in a manner that protects the environment, conserves resources and ensures sustainable development.
Our commitment to reducing our environmental impact is primarily focused (but not limited to) monitoring our real estate footprint, using energy more efficiently, using sustainable materials, choosing office space responsibly, our business processes and embracing new technology.
GIVING BACK
Our Giving Back program plays a central role in our ability to meet our corporate responsibility objectives, help drive employee engagement, and boost our ability to attract and retain talent.
We encourage our employees to take the lead through volunteer work and fundraising activities that support the issues that matter most to them personally. As such, we provide all employees with 2 PTO days each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.
