iCIMS Migration Support

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc., a nonprofit in Washington, D.C., with over 3,000 employees worldwide serving the Department of Defense, is migrating from ADP, UKG, and iCIMS to Oracle HCM Cloud. ROCKCREST placed a consultant to support this transition by focusing on iCIMS, extracting and reformatting data to ensure compatibility with Oracle Cloud HCM, facilitating a seamless migration process.

ADP Workforce Now Payroll Strategy

Park City Municipality Corporation, a city municipality in Utah with 800 employees, partnered with ROCKCREST to address challenges in their ADP Workforce Now system following staff turnover. Our consultant tackled payroll issues, including premium pay, holiday pay, and multiple pay rates for various jobs, ensuring accurate calculations. We resolved integration issues between ADP and their accounting software, updated payroll checklists and processes, and improved onboarding workflows. ROCKCREST provided ongoing, hands-on support, streamlining payroll operations and optimizing their payroll strategy.

HRIS Selection

The Office of the Colorado Public State Defender engaged ROCKCREST to guide them in selecting a new Payroll/HRIS system. With over 1,000 employees and payroll managed manually in Excel, they sought to automate payroll and reduce errors. ROCKCREST worked with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to assess requirements and create a budget forecast. We provided a detailed report with recommended payroll systems, including cost projections for purchase, implementation, and maintenance, setting them on the path to a streamlined, automated payroll solution.
