Cornerstone LMS Implementation
BW Energy, a 300-employee company headquartered in Norway with 80-100 US employees, engaged ROCKCREST to take over their Cornerstone implementation after their internal lead departed. Our consultant managed communications with Cornerstone, ensured proper configuration, and oversaw the implementation of Performance, Compensation, and Core modules. By aligning core data setup and driving the project forward, ROCKCREST enabled BW Energy to stay on track with their Performance go-live while ensuring a seamless transition and successful system rollout.

Cornerstone OnDemand Optimization
Seattle University partnered with ROCKCREST to optimize multiple modules within their Cornerstone OnDemand system. Our consultant improved ATS functionality by fixing job posting templates and managing a mass upload, assessed and reactivated the onboarding module, and partnered with the HRIS Analyst on org hierarchy and security roles. Additionally, we supported the setup of the compensation module and identified enhancements in the training module. ROCKCREST’s expertise provided Seattle University with a streamlined, fully functional HR system.

Cornerstone OnDemand LMS Support
Andrews Distributing, a distribution company with over 1,600 employees, enlisted ROCKCREST for immediate support with their newly implemented Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. Our senior CSOD consultant worked closely with the Senior Manager for Learning & Development to assess system needs, establish a strategic roadmap, and prioritize issues.
