KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Take responsibility for some of our largest client accounts. From being the client point of contact and overseeing the management and delivery of our staffing services to developing and growing further business.
Focus purely on new business development. Identifying potential clients, making initial contact, establishing staffing needs, selling ROCKCREST and developing relationships for handover to Key Account Managers.
Take the lead as the Subject Matter Expert in your field. Take responsibility for keeping your team and the company up to date with the latest news, updates and technologies to ensure we maintain our position as the market leader.
Take an active role in supporting ROCKCREST as we continue to grow. Deputize for your manager in their absence, conduct employee interviews, assist in the training of new recruiters, deliver group training courses, and be an ambassador for our vision, values and culture.
Work at a corporate level by recruiting staff to join our awesome team. Work with our CEO to establish hiring needs. Identify, attract, screen and recruit employees who meet our needs and who are aligned with our culture and values.
