Getting Started

Our recruiter training program is intense one-to-one training between the recruiter and their manager covering every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

From sourcing and screening consultants to client liaison, placing consultants and providing post placement support. Every aspect of a recruiters role is covered in a structured training plan. Recruiters follow our processes and techniques and are continuously assessed to evaluate their performance and verify they are working to our methodology.

Developing Skills

Working in the office and as part of a team offers our recruiters immediate support whenever it's needed.

Whether it's a quick question or an in depth discussion, managers and team members are available to answer questions, offer advice and work collaboratively.

Gaining Feedback

Every employee receives a monthly review to provide positive feedback on their performance and to set objectives for the coming month. It's a great opportunity to hear how we think you're doing, to ask questions, or discuss whatever is important. A two way conversation about how we're both doing is essential to our success and wellbeing.

Moving Up
