Paycor Support
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland partnered with ROCKCREST to better align their Paycor system with evolving organizational needs following their initial implementation in 2020. While the Recruiting and Benefits modules were performing well, the organization sought additional guidance to enhance other areas of the platform. ROCKCREST assessed their setup, provided expert guidance, and reconfigured key areas to improve functionality and efficiency. As a result, Legal Aid was able to more fully leverage Paycor’s capabilities and streamline operations across the organization.
Paycor Implementation
Lifeworks, a nonprofit supporting special needs housing with 400 employees across Massachusetts, partnered with ROCKCREST to ensure a smooth transition to Paycor from Kronos. With a tight Payroll go-live timeframe and plans to implement Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Performance modules, our consultant provided comprehensive support. We developed tailored training materials, hosted multiple sessions for employees and managers, and supported a seamless implementation, empowering Lifeworks to maximize Paycor’s full suite capabilities.
Paycor Support
Prime Residential, managing over 19,000 multifamily apartments, partnered with ROCKCREST to enhance their use of Paycor across a 550-employee operation. Following HR turnover, the organization needed additional support to optimize Time & Attendance processes and maintain compliance with complex labor requirements. ROCKCREST refined system configurations to support accurate overtime calculations and strengthen process controls. Payactiv, a small financial services company with approximately 70 employees, partnered with ROCKCREST to leverage additional Paycor modules beyond payroll.
