Paycor Support
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland engaged ROCKCREST to optimize their Paycor system, implemented in 2020 but not meeting their needs. While Recruiting and Benefits modules functioned well, the organization required advisory and configuration support for all other modules. ROCKCREST assessed their setup, provided expert guidance, and reconfigured key areas to improve functionality and efficiency. By delivering the support Paycor could not, we enabled Legal Aid to maximize the platform's potential and streamline their operations.

Paycor Implementation
Lifeworks, a nonprofit supporting special needs housing with 400 employees across Massachusetts, partnered with ROCKCREST to ensure a smooth transition to Paycor from Kronos. With a tight Payroll go-live timeframe and plans to implement Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Performance modules, our consultant provided comprehensive support.
