The Office of the Colorado Public State Defender engaged ROCKCREST to guide them in selecting a new Payroll/HRIS system. With over 1,000 employees and payroll managed manually in Excel, they sought to automate payroll and reduce errors. ROCKCREST worked with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to assess requirements and create a budget forecast. HRIS Selection & Implementation

Grant Public Utility District, with around 700 employees, engaged ROCKCREST to modernize their HR processes by transitioning from MS Great Plains to a cloud-based HCM system. After assessing their needs and managing an RFP process, UKG was selected. ROCKCREST provided project management services, overseeing the implementation to streamline payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding. By automating temp worker timesheets and enabling data flow through the onboarding cycle, we significantly improved HR efficiency and reduced manual entry.

Learfield IMG College, formed from the merger of Learfield and IMG to support college sports programs, turned to ROCKCREST for guidance in selecting an HRIS to unify their 2,400 employees. With Learfield on ADP Payroll and IMG on the parent company’s Workday system, they needed an independent solution. ROCKCREST helped them prepare for demos, develop RFP questions, and facilitated discussions with UKG, Workday, and Oracle. Time & Attendance System Selection

Gulfstream sought ROCKCREST’s expertise to streamline and modernize their Workforce Management Systems. Our WFM Consultant conducted a comprehensive needs assessment, identifying optimal time and attendance solutions and best practices. ROCKCREST also managed the RFP process, guiding Gulfstream through vendor selection to ensure a cohesive, efficient approach to workforce management that aligned with their long-term strategic goals. UKG were selected as the vendor.
