PCH Hotels & Resorts, with 1,700+ employees, engaged ROCKCREST to maximize their UKG Pro system, which had been underutilized since its 2016 implementation. Our consultant conducted a comprehensive system assessment, offering actionable recommendations to enhance BI capabilities, advanced reporting, and analytics dashboards.
