We are looking for an experienced Paylocity Consultant to assist clients in optimizing their benefits, time & attendance, payroll, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the full Paylocity suite and the ability to assess system configurations to ensure they align with business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Paylocity setups to ensure proper configuration based on workflow expectations.

• Identify system issues as functionality or configuration-related and provide solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues between modules, such as onboarding and payroll.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Paylocity solutions.

• Provide expert guidance to optimize system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with the full Paylocity suite (benefits, time & attendance, payroll, and onboarding).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose system and configuration issues.

• Proven success in client collaboration and delivering customized Paylocity solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical issues into clear solutions.
