I’m passionate about building strong relationships within the HRIS community and connecting organizations with top talent. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and crafting.
Responsibilities
As Talent Strategy Manager, I lead ROCKCREST’s Talent Strategy program, focused on building and strengthening our network of HRIS and HCM professionals. I work closely with our consultants to foster long-term relationships, create meaningful engagement opportunities, and support ongoing career growth within the ROCKCREST community. I am also responsible for proactively identifying and connecting with top talent across the HRIS market, helping connect organizations with specialized expertise while continuing to grow ROCKCREST’s talent community.
