UKG Pro Consultant
Job Description:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current UKG Pro system to evaluate its effectiveness, performance, and alignment with business goals
Identify key areas for optimization within UKG Pro, including configurations, workflows, and integration points, to enhance overall system functionality and user experience
Provide expert recommendations and best practices to streamline HR, Payroll, and talent management processes using UKG Pro's features
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to develop and implement system enhancements and maximize the value of UKG Pro
Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand system capabilities and how to leverage UKG pro effectively for optimal results
Advise on strategies for long-term system scalability, upgrades, and improvements in line with evolving business needs and UKG product updates
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in UKG Pro system administration and optimization
Proven expertise in configuring, streamlining workflows, and managing integrations
In-depth knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Talent Management best practices to advise on leveraging UKG Pro features for maximum efficiency and impact
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and IT teams to drive system enhancements and ensure successful implementation of improvements
Strong training and support capabilities
