Paycor Support

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland engaged ROCKCREST to optimize their Paycor system, implemented in 2020 but not meeting their needs. While Recruiting and Benefits modules functioned well, the organization required advisory and configuration support for all other modules. ROCKCREST assessed their setup, provided expert guidance, and reconfigured key areas to improve functionality and efficiency. Goodwill Southern California, with a fluctuating workforce of 2,100–3,000 employees, partnered with ROCKCREST for critical Ceridian Dayforce support amid a leadership transition.
