Paycom Implementation

Bastyr University, a nonprofit university with 500 employees, engaged ROCKCREST to ensure a smooth transition to their newly implemented Paycom system. Our consultant facilitated the migration of Payroll and Benefits from ADP WFN and Recruitment from Neogov, while also transferring digital files into Paycom. Providing best practice guidance and resolving issues across all modules—Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Performance Management—ROCKCREST delivered expert HR and project management support for a successful implementation.

Cornerstone OnDemand Optimization

Seattle University partnered with ROCKCREST to optimize multiple modules within their Cornerstone OnDemand system. Our consultant improved ATS functionality by fixing job posting templates and managing a mass upload, assessed and reactivated the onboarding module, and partnered with the HRIS Analyst on org hierarchy and security roles. Additionally, we supported the setup of the compensation module and identified enhancements in the training module. ROCKCREST’s expertise provided Seattle University with a streamlined, fully functional HR system.

ADP Workforce Now Support

The Malvern School, an educational organization with 550 employees across 27 locations, partnered with ROCKCREST to fully implement and optimize their ADP Workforce Now (WFN) system. Focusing initially on Scheduling and Performance modules, our consultant worked to enhance system functionality, establish paperless onboarding, and integrate their ATS with ADP. With plans to migrate to ADP’s Comprehensive Services model, ROCKCREST’s expertise positioned Malvern for streamlined, efficient HR operations tailored to their growing needs.

ADP EV6 Support

NORC, affiliated with the University of Chicago, engaged ROCKCREST for specialist support in optimizing their ADP EV6 environment, particularly the compensation module. Although successfully implemented, they faced access and security challenges, which our consultant helped to resolve. Additionally, we provided configuration expertise to enhance other modules within EV6, ensuring a more secure, streamlined, and efficient HR system tailored to NORC's organizational needs.

Payroll Implementation Project Management

Morgan State University engaged ROCKCREST to provide HRIS project management expertise for two critical projects supporting their 2,500 employees. Our consultant collaborated closely with HRIS and Payroll staff to assess database and reporting requirements, coordinate application upgrades, and document processes. HRIS Selection

Learfield IMG College, formed from the merger of Learfield and IMG to support college sports programs, turned to ROCKCREST for guidance in selecting an HRIS to unify their 2,400 employees. With Learfield on ADP Payroll and IMG on the parent company’s Workday system, they needed an independent solution. ROCKCREST helped them prepare for demos, develop RFP questions, and facilitated discussions with UKG, Workday, and Oracle. Our expertise in RFP negotiations empowered Learfield IMG to make an informed HRIS decision aligned with their unique needs. Workday was selected.
