UKG Pro Payroll Optimization

Lanxess partnered with ROCKCREST to streamline their payroll and workforce management operations. Our consultant led an analysis of 19 pay groups, harmonizing earnings and deductions in UKG (UltiPro) and consolidating complex UTA rules across multiple rotations and schedules. We documented, tested, and configured new systems, conducted training, and handled time clock conversions.
