Originally from Colorado, I grew up mostly in the Chicago area, and after seven years back in my home state I'm really happy to be planting roots here for this season of life. For the past six years I've worked in career coaching and agency recruiting, with a background in wellness and mindfulness that shapes how I show up for both candidates and clients. Outside of work you'll find me on my yoga mat, traveling and hiking with my partner and our fur baby, or cooking up something delicious and nutritious in the kitchen. I'm so excited to be part of the ROCKCREST team and all the growth that's ahead!
Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I lead internal hiring efforts to help build and grow the team. I manage the full recruitment process, ensuring every hire reflects the caliber and culture ROCKCREST is known for. With a people-first approach and a deep understanding of what makes a great fit, I’m passionate about bringing the right people to the right places as the company scales.
