Profile
I am originally from Las Vegas and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining ROCKCREST, I gained experience in IT staffing sales, where I developed a passion for building strong relationships, connecting with clients, and identifying solutions that support their business needs. I enjoy meeting new people and creating meaningful professional relationships, which naturally led me to business development within the HR technology space. Outside of my professional life, music has always been a big part of who I am, and I have been playing the cello for more than 10 years, including performing with the CSU Concert Orchestra during college. I also love traveling, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and spending time with loved ones.
Responsibilities
My role is focused on business development and building relationships with organizations and HR technology partners to identify opportunities where ROCKCREST can provide additional support and expertise. I engage prospective clients through strategic outreach to better understand their workforce and technology needs while introducing ROCKCREST’s HRIS/HCM consulting and staffing solutions. I work closely with our leadership and internal teams to develop new partnerships, qualify opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and connect organizations with the right resources to support their HR technology initiatives.
