• Evaluate their Workday system setup (6 months post-implementation).

• Optimize modules (Payroll, Benefits, HCM, Recruitment, Talent Optimization).

• Address specific issues including:

  • Make demographic data mandatory in the Talent Optimization module.

  • Fix earning code setup for Holiday and Overtime Pay in Payroll.
