Paycor Consultant

We’re seeking a skilled Paycor consultant to support a senior living facility during a critical staffing transition. The facility implemented Paycor in April 2025, and their current HR representative is departing soon. The Accounting Manager will be assuming HR/payroll responsibilities and needs immediate guidance and hands-on support.


Immediate Priorities:

  • Payroll Setup & Training: Support is needed to ensure successful processing of their first payroll on 6/25, including hands-on guidance and best practice recommendations.

  • Platform Training: The Accounting Manager requires training on the Paycor system, with a focus on navigating and managing the payroll module.

  • Compensation Adjustments: Employee compensation profiles need to be updated in Paycor to reflect recent salary increases across the organization.

  • ATS Configuration: The built-in Applicant Tracking System is not currently in use and may require setup, configuration, and user training to support recruitment efforts.

  • General Ledger Integration: The GL file is failing to load properly and needs to be troubleshot to ensure accurate and seamless accounting integration.
