About the Organization:

A non-profit organization with 230 employees is currently implementing UKG Ready. They began the implementation two weeks ago and are already facing challenges.


Project Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to support them through the remaining phases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up multiple clients (separate instances/EINs) in UKG Ready.

  • Ensure proper configuration of Payroll, HCM, and Time & Labor before expanding further.

  • Conduct a data scrub to verify accuracy and completeness.

  • Review system requirements and troubleshoot implementation issues.


Requirements:

  • Experience implementing UKG Ready with multiple EINs.

  • Expertise in Payroll, HCM, and Time & Labor within UKG Ready.

  • Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and UKG support.
