Client (~500 employees, scaling rapidly) has recently transitioned all their systems into Dayforce over the past year. The client is looking for a skilled Dayforce Consultant to optimize their system with customized features and help them scale their business efficiently. 

Seeking Assistance With:

• Using Dayforce for HRIS, payroll, and basic functions.

• Implementing employee performance management.

• Transitioning pay range management from Google Sheets into Dayforce.

• Finalizing and optimizing the onboarding process, currently in progress.

• Identifying and utilizing parts of the system they are unaware of.

• Resolving issues with benefits management.
