Workday Benefits Consultant

We’re looking for a Certified Workday Benefits Consultant to optimize the Workday Benefits module for a large client. In this role, you will:

• Assess and evaluate current module configurations and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and delivering actionable recommendations based on industry best practices.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to enhance benefit plan administration, open enrollment processes, and reporting capabilities.

• Provide advisory services to maximize module functionality, improve user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
