Global food services & production company with 10,000+ global employees (2600 in US, 500 in Canada, 2000 in Mexico).
Currently using ADP EV5 in the US and ADP Workforce Now in Canada.
Planning on moving to ADP GlobalView in 2024.
Experiencing lots of payroll system issues in both EV5 and WFN.
The client usually doesn't identify the problem until it's too late - they are learning through failing.
15 integration points (no direct feeds) - currently lots of manual checking.
Urgent need for a consultant to identify and resolve system issues as well as start planning the migration to GlobalView.
