Restaurant group with 30+ restaurants across the north east and Florida.
4000+ employees total, mainly hourly rate / non exempt restaurant staff.
500 salaried employees + 100 in the corporate office.
Utilizing ADP Vantage but the HRIS / Payroll Manage lacks in depth knowledge of Vantage to know it's full capabilities.
Looking for a consultant who can perform an assessment and work through a list of issues that need resolving.
Most issues around simplifying processes, automation, resolving compliance issues, reporting and some knowledge transfer.
Majority of staff are hourly rate so the consultant also needs to look at PTO, sick time, accruals, etc.
The clients need a person they can turn to for ongoing advice.
10-15 hrs per week.
