ADP eTime Consultant

German clean energy company with 2000+ employees in the US and 800+ employees in Canada (approx 20,000 employees worldwide).
Using ADP eTime for Time Attendance and ADP WFN in North America (SAP SuccessFactors for the rest of the world).
Currently no documentation for the eTime system.
Need a consultant to document Pay Rules and Work Rules, then document Accrual processes, Attendance, Unions, how they process data, calculate time, and all interface mapping.
Once documented, need to identify how the can simply the system and processes.
Longer term plans is to migrate to UKG Dimensions. The license with ADP runs for another 2 years.
