HRIS Selection Consultant

Small healthcare provider in north Florida, 715 employees across 18 locations (lots of EIN's) looking for new HRIS system.
Primary payroll / HR system is Kronos WFC. Received notice from UKG they are sunsetting the system in Dec 2023 so they need to select and implement new system ASAP.
Currently using multiple systems for each area of HR; ATS, Recruitment, WFM, T&A (UKG), Payroll, Benefits, etc - ideally after one system that does everything.
Discussed a need for someone to identify their needs, document, coordinate the RFP and help select the right system.
Discussed UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now & Ceridian Dayforce as options.
Will probably also need a consultant to help coordinate the implementation.
Approx 10-15 hours per week for 8 weeks.
