What role will you play?
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a full 360 recruiting and sales desk, with responsibilities that include:
Client Engagement & Business Development
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients through both cold and warm outreach, targeting organizations embarking on HR Tech and AI initiatives.
• Conduct strategic client consultations to understand requirements and position ROCKCREST as a trusted HR Tech partner.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator (for business development), LinkedIn Recruiter (for hiring), and AI-powered recruiting platforms to maximize performance and productivity.
Talent Delivery & Recruiting
• Partner with your team to fill highly specialized consulting roles in the HR Technology market.
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of expert consultants for current and future client needs.
• Coordinate all aspects of consultant hiring - from client requirement intake and resume submissions to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and smooth onboarding.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
• Partner with our marketing team to support business development initiatives, including social media campaigns, video content, and conference participation.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to refine our processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen our market offering.
Performance & Growth
• Manage and prioritize your workload to consistently achieve monthly targets and goals.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews to track progress, receive feedback, and align on individual and team objectives.

Career Path: Senior Account Managers who excel will become eligible for promotion to Team Manager where you will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team of Recruiters to grow a practice group.
Required Skills & Experience
• College graduate
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency environment.
• Strong interpersonal and team playing skills.
• Customer focused, energetic and driven to succeed.
• An eagerness to learn and develop your career.
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting base pay of $65K.
• Monthly team commission, 1st year $100-110K, 2nd year $130-140K OTE.
• Unlimited PTO + 10 federal holidays.
