What role will you play?
ROCKCREST is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across content, digital, social media, and demand generation. The ideal candidate is an exceptional B2B writer who combines strong creative instincts with the technical marketing skills to take initiatives from concept through execution.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role will translate marketing strategy and priorities into high-quality campaigns, content, and programs that support ROCKCREST’s growth. Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, professional services, staffing, or recruiting is strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
• Develop high-quality B2B content across case studies, white papers, datasheets, emails, landing pages, social media, blogs, case studies, sales enablement, and other marketing assets.
• Execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with ROCKCREST’s broader marketing strategy, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Manage ROCKCREST's social media presence and employee advocacy program, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance.
• Build and manage campaigns within HubSpot, including email, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Support digital advertising initiatives across Google, Reddit, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels, including copy, creative, testing, and optimization.
• Maintain and optimize website content while applying SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices to strengthen organic visibility and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance across campaigns, website, social, content, and lead generation to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Head of Marketing on broader initiatives, and day-to-day responsibilities, including webinars and events, sales enablement, audience research, brand development, and the evaluation of new campaign opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
• $50- $55/hr, depending on experience.
