I started my career in technology as an Oracle DBA and transitioned to Oracle HCM Cloud Consulting before taking a three year maternity break. For the last 5 years I have been working in HR Technology Staffing and now head up ROCKCREST's South Central Team.
Responsibilities
I'm a Senior HRIS Recruiter at ROCKCREST, overseeing the delivery of our staffing & consulting services to clients in Texas. I manage some of our key accounts as well as develop relationships with new clients. I'm also responsible for the mentoring and training of new recruiters.
