UKG Pro Consultant

A leading healthcare organization with 8,000 employees is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Consultant to assess and optimize their existing UKG Pro system. The consultant will play a strategic and hands-on role across multiple modules, with the goal of improving system functionality, enhancing user adoption, and ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current configuration of: Recruiting, Onboarding, People Center, Document Manager, U.S. Payroll, Workforce Management, and People Assist

• Evaluate and implement self-service features for employees and managers

• Optimize reporting capabilities (standard and custom reports)

• Provide org chart configuration support

• Review and potentially redesign payroll processes (focus on payroll status changes)

• Evaluate and configure charge codes if needed

• Support Workforce Management, particularly for hourly staff and departments with unique timekeeping systems

• Identify integration gaps and enhance connections between iCIMS and UKG Pro

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document needs and deliver UKG solutions
