ROCKCREST is an HCM consulting firm that supports organizations throughout the entire HR technology lifecycle - from system selection and implementation to data and document conversion, system optimization, ongoing maintenance, and HR strategy and transformation.

We are building a high-volume vendor referral channel and are seeking a driven Channel Development Representative to lead outbound outreach to HCM software sales representatives.

Role Overview

• This role is responsible for building and scaling ROCKCREST’s referral network across leading platforms such as ADP, UKG, Dayforce, iCIMS, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity and other HR software organizations.
• You will proactively prospect vendor sales representatives, introduce ROCKCREST as a trusted implementation and optimization partner, and develop ongoing relationships so that reps think of ROCKCREST when their clients need support.
• You will support existing partnership agreements with companies such as ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Paylocity, iCIMS and Cornerstone.
• This is a relationship-based outbound role focused on long-term pipeline creation rather than transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and cold outreach to HCM software sales reps across assigned territories
• Build and maintain a database of vendor sales contacts
• Conduct introductory calls to position ROCKCREST as a referral partner
• Educate reps on referral triggers and service offerings
• Maintain ongoing touchpoints with reps to stay top-of-mind
• Track and manage referral pipeline in CRM
• Coordinate introductions between vendor reps and ROCKCREST account managers
• Develop relationships that generate consistent referral flow
• Report on activity metrics, referral volume, and revenue generated

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years outbound SDR or BDR experience
• Experience selling into SaaS or HCM technology preferred
• Comfortable prospecting sales professionals
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Professional, confident, relationship-driven
• Ability to speak in terms of revenue impact and deal acceleration
• Familiarity with HCM or HR technology ecosystem
• Experience in channel or partner development

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience, OTE: $80K–$110K)
