We are seeking a certified ITIL Consultant for a large consumer goods company who are conducting a review of their ITIL practices. Strong experience of leveraging ITIL best practices and guidelines for managing and delivering IT services is essential. Our clients' objective is to review their existing policies and procedures to improve the quality of their IT services and better meet the needs of their customers:
Key experience required includes:
Service Strategy focusing on defining the overall IT service strategy, understanding customer needs, and creating a plan to meet those needs.
Service Design focusing on designing new services, as well as making changes and improvements to existing ones. This includes defining the architecture, processes, and policies required to support the services.
Service Transition including the planning and coordination of changes to IT services and the introduction of new services into the operational environment.
Service Operations including the day-to-day operation of IT services, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon service levels and provide value to the business.
Continual Service Improvement focusing on continuous monitoring and improvement of IT services, processes, and performance.
