Dynamics CRM 365 Consultant
You will be responsible for guiding our client through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, customization, and ongoing support. Your expertise in Dynamics CRM 365 will be crucial in helping our client optimize their customer relationship management processes and achieve their business objectives.
Collaborate with client to gather, analyze, and document their CRM requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique business processes and needs.
Create comprehensive, customized CRM solutions that align with client objectives, utilizing the full range of Dynamics CRM 365 capabilities.
Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client requirements, including entity customization, workflows, business rules, and security settings.
Integrate Dynamics CRM 365 with other systems as needed, such as SharePoint, Outlook, or other third-party applications, to ensure seamless data flow.
Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure the smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM 365.
Provide training to clients' teams and develop documentation to support user adoption and ongoing system maintenance.
Offer post-implementation support to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain system performance.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 features, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
