CRM Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to conduct a review of our clients' CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM, Siebel, etc) and broader CRM strategy.
Our client is a large educational institute using various CRM systems across various departments.
Most of the CRM systems are not integrated, nor are departments working in a cohesive way to utilize all the CRM data effectively.
A review of how the organization can work more efficiently and effectively is urgently needed.
This is potentially a long term project where the PM will oversee the redundancy of some CRM systems, while looking to fully utilize others.
Broad CRM experience is required such as Project Management, CRM Strategy and experience of Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, Siebel, Oracle CX / CRM, SAP CRM / CX is desirable.
