Oracle CX Consultant
Our client, a software company and Oracle CRM customer, is looking for an Oracle CX Consultant to provide support as they implement Oracle CX.
Key areas of focus will be providing the client with best practice advice and consultation.
Support the implementation team.
Liaise with various stakeholders throughout the project to identify needs, provide updates and project support.
Advise and train users on Oracle CX functionality and capabilities.
Assist with Oracle CX analytics requirements.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide all round support on the project as required by the client.
