We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Service Management Consultant to assist our client. The role is to implement, configure, and provide best practice advice for Jira optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service management processes and enhance the efficiency of the IT service desk. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Jira Service Management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor Jira to meet our clients needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Jira Service Management in alignment with the organization's goals and requirements.

• Customize Jira workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to optimize service management processes.

• Define and maintain Jira schemes and configurations to ensure efficient operation.

• Offer expert guidance on best practices for Jira Service Management, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and SLA management.

• Recommend and implement solutions for maximizing the value of Jira in our service desk operations.

• Stay current with Jira Service Management updates and industry best practices to provide cutting-edge advice.

• Collaborate with IT and support teams to understand their specific needs and challenges.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams, ensuring they can effectively use and manage Jira Service Management.

• Design and implement automation rules and integration with other tools and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

• Work on data migrations and integrations to ensure a seamless Jira environment.

• Maintain detailed documentation of Jira configurations, customizations, and processes.

• Generate and analyze reports to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
