JIRA Service Management Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Service Management Consultant to assist our client. The role is to implement, configure, and provide best practice advice for Jira optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service management processes and enhance the efficiency of the IT service desk. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Jira Service Management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor Jira to meet our clients needs.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Jira Service Management in alignment with the organization's goals and requirements.
Customize Jira workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to optimize service management processes.
Define and maintain Jira schemes and configurations to ensure efficient operation.
Offer expert guidance on best practices for Jira Service Management, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and SLA management.
Recommend and implement solutions for maximizing the value of Jira in our service desk operations.
Stay current with Jira Service Management updates and industry best practices to provide cutting-edge advice.
Collaborate with IT and support teams to understand their specific needs and challenges.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams, ensuring they can effectively use and manage Jira Service Management.
Design and implement automation rules and integration with other tools and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Work on data migrations and integrations to ensure a seamless Jira environment.
Maintain detailed documentation of Jira configurations, customizations, and processes.
Generate and analyze reports to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
