Paycom Consultant

School with 200+ employees during term increases to 300+ employees during summer months to handle summer programs.
Implemented Paycom about a year ago and utilizing the full suite.
Experiencing issues with Talent Acquisition and Performance Management modules.
In TA require the workflows to be built out and optimized. Currently within applicant tracking incoming candidates are all just going to HR instead of being routed to the appropriate manager.
Performance Management is 40% implemented, they just need assistance and support around building out the some templates to complete the implementation.
Client requires knowledge transfer on these modules when the consultant rolls off the project.
Foresee this project going roughly 10-15 hours a week for about 4-6 weeks, possibly longer.
