BMC Helix / Remedy Consultant
Urgent requirement for a BMC Remedy Consultant to work on a migration / upgrade project to BMC Helix.
Our client has been using a highly customized version of BMC Remedy for approximately 8 years for all their IT service management needs including incident management, change management, problem management and asset management.
They are planning to migrate to BMC Helix to take advantage of the broader capabilities of Helix, most notably;
BMC Helix digital service management and operations to provide a unified platform for ITSM, IT operations management (ITOM), and IT automation.
Cloud-native architecture for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Helix features like AI and machine learning for predictive and proactive service management, chatbots, and automation.
Potentially service management capabilities for non-IT functions, such as HR, facilities, and customer service.
Ideally we are seeking a consultant with strong BMC Helix experience to offer the client best practice advice on implementation and capabilities.
