Experienced Oracle NetSuite Consultant required to provide maintenance & support for a consumer goods company. Strong all round NetSuite ERP experience required to include Financials, CRM, e-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Reporting:

• Perform an assessment of NetSuite to ensure the customer is fully utilizing it's functionality.

• Support NetSuite core ERP modules for financial management, procurement, order management, inventory management, and manufacturing.

• Support and troubleshoot CRM integration to allow customer to manage their customer relationships, sales processes, marketing campaigns, and customer support activities.

• Support NetSuite e-commerce capabilities to enable the organization to better manage its online stores, automate order processing, and offer a seamless shopping experience to customers. The client uses both B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions.

• Support the financial management module to include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.

• Support the SCM module to optimize supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

• Create custom reports and dashboards as requested by the customer.

• Analyze reported issues and design / implement customized solutions.
