Workday Support Analyst
Our client went live with Workday in October.
Currently using the implementation partner to provide support but volume of activity and quest to roll out additional capabilities is high (demand far exceeds the current support model).
Current need to identify a knowledgeable Workday Functional Consultant that could help with the backlog and aid in knowledge transfer.
Expect the hours to be a little higher to start (20-30) and then maybe roll into maybe 10-15 hours a week
Support issues are focused on config/ user support, not integrations. For example, in the areas of time and attendance and employee onboarding.
System improvements need to be made – some issues are more about the lack of understanding of Workday when it was originally set up
The goal is the consultant needs to be willing to work closely with the HCM Admin and help them better understand the system as a whole at the same time.
6 months initially
