What role will you play?

• Various weekly bookkeeping and administrative tasks to include;
• Administration of weekly payroll of 1099 consultants (approx. 50-60 people).
• Occasional liaison with 1099 consultants regarding timesheet submission.
• Creating invoices inside QuickBooks and emailing to clients.
• Tracking balances due and emailing clients regarding overdue invoices.
• Depositing check payments and reconciling check and ACH payments.
• Entering vendor invoices and paying bills.
• Assist with internal audits.
• Month end bank reconciliation.
• Organization and preparation assistance for accounting projects.
• Reports directly to the CEO.

Your knowledge will be essential in the following: 

• Two or more years of work experience in an accounting / finance type role.
• Minimum two years of QuickBooks and Excel experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work to 1099 payroll deadline and prioritize accordingly.
