Originally from Virginia I've worked in technology staffing for over 8 years, placing both direct hire and consultants on a nationwide basis. I have successfully operated a full lifecycle recruiting desk, focusing on candidate sourcing, client development & account management.
Outside of work I enjoy biking, hiking and competitive running. I also enjoy live comedy, live music and nonfiction novels. Fun fact: I was a competitive skateboarder throughout my childhood!
Responsibilities
I'm a Senior HRIS Recruiter at ROCKCREST, overseeing the delivery of our staffing & consulting services to clients on the west coast. I manage some of our key accounts as well as develop relationships with new clients. I'm also responsible for the mentoring and training of new recruiters.
