Ceridian Dayforce Consultant
Small manufacturing company in Georgia with 250 employees (40 salaried, the rest hourly rate).
Implemented Ceridian Dayforce (all modules) in 2022 and experiencing system issues they are unable to resolve.
There seems to be a disconnect between HR staff and Ceridian customer support not 'speaking the same language'.
HR staff also have their day jobs so they don't have enough time to learn the system and support / resolve the issues themselves.
Main issues are with Payroll, Benefits & Workforce Management modules.
They also have the Recruiting module but not so much a priority.
Hourly rate staff take staggered 10 minute breaks - Dayforce does not seem to be able to accommodate this policy so they require a work around.
Once issues are resolved they will want to implement Performance Management.
Client wants a part time consultant to perform a basic assessment of their system and work through a list of HR's list of issues.
Client also needs recommendations from consultant, some knowledge transfer and training.
