We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to play a key role in configuring and implementing ServiceNow for our client.
As a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with the IT Service Delivery Manager and various internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and design, configure, and implement ServiceNow to their specific needs.
ServiceNow modules include Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Management.
Collaborate with the client to gather and understand requirements for IT Service Management.
Advise client on ServiceNow module functionality, capabilities and analytics.
Design ServiceNow to align with best practices and meet the identified business needs.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, and workflows to meet project requirements, including creating custom forms, fields, business rules, and scripts.
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
