Our client is looking for an experienced Consultant with strong Epicor skills to provide all round, ongoing part time support.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches on the Epicor ERP system to ensure it operates smoothly and securely.

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues that may arise in the system.

Monitor the health and performance of the Epicor ERP system, proactively identifying potential problems and bottlenecks.

Implement monitoring solutions and alerts to ensure the system is running at optimal levels.

Provide support and guidance to end-users who encounter issues with the Epicor system.

Address and resolve user-reported problems promptly and effectively.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and changes made during the ongoing support and maintenance process.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for system improvements.

Implement system customizations and enhancements in line with business objectives.

Ensure that the Epicor system is secure and compliant with industry and regulatory standards.

Implement security measures and assist in compliance efforts, such as audits and data protection.

Identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of the Epicor ERP system.

Implement improvements and enhancements to meet business performance goals.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing with end-users to help them utilize the system effectively.
