Epicor Consultant

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Consultant with strong Epicor skills to provide all round, ongoing part time support.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches on the Epicor ERP system to ensure it operates smoothly and securely.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues that may arise in the system.

  • Monitor the health and performance of the Epicor ERP system, proactively identifying potential problems and bottlenecks.

  • Implement monitoring solutions and alerts to ensure the system is running at optimal levels.

  • Provide support and guidance to end-users who encounter issues with the Epicor system.

  • Address and resolve user-reported problems promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and changes made during the ongoing support and maintenance process.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for system improvements.

  • Implement system customizations and enhancements in line with business objectives.

  • Ensure that the Epicor system is secure and compliant with industry and regulatory standards.

  • Implement security measures and assist in compliance efforts, such as audits and data protection.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of the Epicor ERP system.

  • Implement improvements and enhancements to meet business performance goals.

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing with end-users to help them utilize the system effectively.
