Our Cloud Computing Support Specialists act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties, guiding them through troubleshooting processes, and resolving issues ranging from simple user errors to complex network problems. They maintain customer satisfaction and ensure the efficient use of cloud services. Our support specialists also create and manage documentation and support tickets, escalating more severe or intricate problems to higher-level technical staff when necessary.

Our Cloud Computing Support Specialists possess a strong foundation in various cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and / or Google Cloud Platform. They are proficient in understanding and navigating specific tools and interfaces these platforms offer and possess knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, and load balancing), and programming or scripting skills (Python or Bash).
